NCC said four more centres are undergoing test-runs ahead of their commencement of operations next month, while another set of four would come on stream before th It disclosed that agents for the 24-hour service have been trained and equipped with state-of-the-art communications equipment, including digital radio and Internet-protocol (IP) and geo-location technologies to enable responders easily identify locations for effective and efficient delivery of rescue services.
